We are looking for a Director of Compliance to make an immediate impact and perform management of compliance risk, develop and implement compliance infrastructure and programs, ensure compliance, make compliance and risk recommendations, and other related duties

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Candidates must have 7+ years compliance and risk management, convertible offerings, equity and capital markets, and brokerage industry experience
Candidates must have Bachelors degree in finance, economics. Prefer candidates with an advanced degree
